Il Marocco si sta affermando come una delle maggiori mete turistiche dell'Africa settentrionale, in particolare per quanto riguarda il turismo organizzato. Le mete più visitate sono le cosiddette città imperiali e il deserto del Sahara. Si può trovare: turismo di tipo culturale; di tipo naturale e balneare con le spiagge atlantiche e mediterranee. Il numero di turisti negli ultimi anni si valuta su poco più di cinque milioni, la metà proveniente dall'Europa in testa Francia, Germania e Spagna.

Il Marocco è uno stato dell'Africa settentrionale, nella parte occidentale della regione definita anche come Maghreb. Deve il suo nome alla città di Marrakech. Le sue coste sono bagnate dal Mar Mediterraneo nella parte settentrionale e dall'Oceano Atlantico in tutto il tratto ad ovest dello Stretto di Gibilterra. I confini terrestri sono con la sola Algeria, ad est e sud-est, e con il territorio del Sahara Occidentale a sud. Si contano però anche 4 enclave spagnole nella parte affacciata sul Mediterraneo: Ceuta, Melilla, Peñón de Vélez de la Gomera, Peñón de Alhucemas. Anche le isole Chafarinas, sulla costa del Mediterraneo, 45 km ad est di Melilla appartengono alla Spagna, così come le Isole Canarie al largo del lembo più meridionale della costa atlantica del Marocco. In fine l'isola Perejil, uno scoglio disabitato presso lo stretto di Gibilterra, è tutt'ora disputato tra Marocco e Spagna. Il Marocco è una monarchia costituzionale: l'attuale monarca è Mohammed VI e il capo del governo è Abbas El Fassi. La lingua ufficiale del paese è l'arabo, anche se il 40% degli abitanti parla il berbero (introdotto di recente nelle scuole ma non riconosciuto come lingua ufficiale); il francese è una seconda lingua diffusa ed è molto usato nell'amministrazione, nell'educazione superiore e nei commerci.

La Tunisia è facilissima da raggiungere, grazie a frequenti collegamenti aerei. Tutti i giorni da Milano e Roma.

La Repubblica Tunisina, o Tunisia , è uno Stato del Nordafrica bagnato dal mar Mediterraneo e confinante con l'Algeria ad ovest e la Libia a sud e a est. Si ritiene che il suo nome, Tūnus, abbia origine dalla lingua berbera, con il significato di promontorio, o, più probabilmente, "luogo in cui passare la notte". Non una, ma tante vacanze diverse. Più di 1300 km di costa, con 300 giorni di sole all'anno. 3 millenni di storia. Il fascino delle oasi ai bordi del deserto e delle escursioni a dorso di dromedario. L'emozione dei rally sahariani. Il relax della talassoterapia. Il piacere del golf, delle immersioni subacquee, del windsurf. E ancora, una grande tradizione gastronomica e la calorosa accoglienza della gente.
